Ordering

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can add to cart and checkout via WhatsApp as a guest. An account gets you your own prices (for business customers), order history, wishlists and back-in-stock alerts.

What does "Pre-order" mean?

The item is temporarily out of stock. Tap Pre-order and WhatsApp opens with a ready message to our team — we'll tell you when it arrives. If you have an account, the website will also notify you automatically the moment it's back.

Are the prices and stock on the website real?

Yes — they come live from our warehouse system. If it says in stock, it's on our shelf.

Payment

How can I pay?

Mobile Money, cash, or bank transfer. Card payment is coming soon.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Everywhere in Ghana — our own bikes handle Accra, trucks handle heavy and up-country orders. Fees depend on your zone and are shown before you confirm.

Can I track my order?

Yes — every order gets a tracking link showing live progress from confirmation to delivery. Track an order here.
